Sea Salt Maple Pecan Energy Bites
Makes about 12-14 balls
1 cup raw pecan
1/2 cup raw almonds
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup hemp hearts
1 cup pitted dates
1 tbsp pure maple syrup
1 tsp + 1/4 tsp sea salt
Pulse ingredients in a food processor for 1-2 minutes until a dough forms (give it a little time — it will look crumbly at first)
Add 1-2 tbsp water or unsweetened almond milk if needed.
Form dough into bite size balls and roll in additional shredded coconut as desired.
Store in the fridge for up to a week!
