Easy Tropical Overnight Oats

Banana Cinnamon OVERNIGHT OATS

Serves 2


  • 1 medium banana, mashed
  • 5-6 ounces of plain unsweetened yogurt (1 single serve container)
  • 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1.25 cups unsweetened almond milk*
  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 
  • pinch of salt


Mash banana in a medium sized mixing bowl with a fork. Add in the yogurt and stir with the banana (so it becomes like a paste). Add in the remaining ingredients (oats, milk, chia seeds, vanilla, cinnamon and salt) and mix. Separate into two individual sized containers and store in the fridge overnight (or at least four hours). Top with mango, blackberries, nuts, nut butter, berries, flaked coconut, chocolate chips...the options are endless!
