Sessions are conducted in-person at 665 Boylston Street, 3rd Floor, Boston MA, 02116.

Jillian also offers virtual coaching for clients across the country.

Step 1: ASSESS

In order to get to the root cause of your health issues, we use:

  • Your comprehensive health and medical history

  • Assessment of your current and past symptoms

  • Understanding of your personal dietary and lifestyle habits

  • Data gathered from working with other practitioners

  • Functional lab testing as needed

  • My expertise as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist


Step 2: Personalized Healing Protocol

Once we’ve uncovered the root of your health issues, I will recommend a plan of action with a focus on small, sustainable diet and lifestyle changes. Your plan will include a combination of medical nutrition therapy, traditional foods, recipes and meal planning support, mind-body techniques and supplements as needed. Together we will remove the stress and confusion around food and establish diet and lifestyle behaviors that optimize your health and well-being. This plan is customized to support YOU and your goals. No two plans are the same.


Step 3: Experience Results

Some changes you make will elicit immediate benefits, while other goals will take longer to accomplish. You will have a clear sense of the expected timeline and I will provide you with as much 1:1 support as you need along the way. The goal is to feel better and establish sustainable diet and lifestyle changes that promote health and happiness.

what to expect


Communication:

All clients will be given 24/7 access to Healthie, our secure online portal which allows you to track/review your progress, manage appointments, upload documents and message Jillian securely between sessions.

You will receive a welcome email with instructions for how to set up your account after we make an appointment to get started working together.

Location:

Our office is located in Back Bay Health and Performance’s Wellness Center at 665 Boylston Street on the 3rd Floor in Back Bay. All in-person visits take place at this location. Jillian also offers virtual nutrition coaching via phone and video chat to clients across the country.

What should I expect to pay?

Fees are different per the expected length of time we will work together, support needed, complexity and testing involved. We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield and Harvard Pilgrim insurance plans, however they only cover in-person nutrition appointments. If you would like to use your insurance for our in-person appointments, we will happily bill your insurance company. Please note that parts of the program may not be covered by your insurance company. Payment for parts of the program not covered by insurance will be due at registration or via a monthly payment plan. We accept all major credit cards, HSA and FSA as payment.
